PSYCHOLOGICAL IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS
REPORTS AVAILABLE FOR MANY TYPES OF CASES
In some immigration cases, a psychological evaluation report can be valuable evidence. If you are a client and your attorney suggested a psychological evaluation, I know how strange that must feel. I can assure you that it is a very standard process where you will feel safe and cared for. If you are an attorney, I’m happy to send you a sample evaluation to see if my report would be a good fit for what you are looking for.
I offer psychological immigration evaluations for the following types of cases:
VAWA / I-360
Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601, I-601A, I-212, etc.)
Cancellation of Removal
PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS CAN CHANGE THE OUTCOME OF A CASE.
I have heard time and time again, from various attorneys that these evaluations have the power to change the outcome of a case. Though the evaluation can seem like a large investment, the carefully detailed report can add intense value to the case. The report ranges anywhere from 12-25 pages and addresses important questions for your case. If you are a potential client, ask your attorney how important these are. If you are an attorney, you already know!
RECEIVE YOUR REPORT IN 5 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS, GUARANTEED.
This is a scary process, and feels very urgent! I want to remove this stress for both clients and their attorneys by guaranteeing a 5 - 10 business day turnaround. From the moment I have received all of the necessary information, the timer begins. If an evaluation is needed sooner than 5 business days, you can pay for an expedited report.
EXPERIENCE WITH HUNDREDS OF EVALUATIONS, AND COUNTING.

Hi, my name is Mackenzi and I’m glad you’re here. I know this can be a difficult process, so I wanted to share a little about my background. I have done hundreds of these evaluations and have experience with many types of cases. I have witnessed wins in court, and heard feedback that my evaluations contributed in tipping the scale for a win! That is why I love this work. I get to help people achieve VERY important goals and keep families together.
I have worked in the non-profit world and in-house for an immigration law-firm. I decided to collect all of my knowledge to branch out on my own. Agencies can often get backed up with months of evaluations, leaving people waiting for a report for months! I know how important it is to get your documents as quickly as possible, so that is why I have guaranteed a fast turn around for reports. Additionally, I have witnessed first hand the anxiety and stress that comes up with this process. Because of this, I value communication every step of the way. Working on my own has allowed me to set a competitive price for my clients without losing quality. Quality, communication, and speed are three very important values to me.
I am bilingual in Spanish and English and have a masters degree in clinical psychology for Latinx communities. I have extensive training in trauma, anxiety, and domestic violence.
