In our consultation, I like to hear a bit about your situation (only as much as you’re comfortable sharing), as well as give you time to ask me any questions you might have. What is most important to me is that you find a good fit for your goals. So, at the end of our conversation we can decide if booking a session is the next best step.
I currently do not work in network with any insurance panels. My practice is private pay, meaning fees are due each session “out of pocket”. I do, however, have many clients that get reimbursed by their insurance company for seeing an “out of network” provider. I highly recommend calling your insurance company to ask about their coverage. I’ll provide you with any documentation they may need for reimbursement.
Fees & Method of Payment:
My fee per 50 minute session is $200. Please visit the fees page for more appointment options. At the moment I have no sliding scale spaces open in my practice, but I can put you on the list to wait for one to open up. I accept cash, major debit/credit cards (small fee applies), and checks for services. I also accept most HSA or FSA cards.
I am located in the heart of Ballard at 2208 NW Market Street. Upon deciding to make an appointment, I will give you detailed instructions on how to find my office. The building is ADA friendly with a large elevator.
